Our bodies have a bioelectric field, just as the earth does and this field offers energetic protection and also holds information, this is one aspect we tap into with shamanic healing & sound healing, sound can interface with and effect the electromagnetics of the body and energy body but it is also affected by man-made electromagnetic energy.

Charlie Teo, Australia’s famous brain surgeon was on morning TV this week spouting the ills of EMR Electro Magnetic Radiation, especially from our phones.

And how mounting evidence links it with cancer & brian tumours. He was urging us to minimise there use & to use a speakerphone when possible & not to sleep with them anywhere near your head! His Rule of thumb was to have them at a minimum of an arm’s length away from your head. Good to see mainstream cancer & brain doctor on board with this important issue. wire technology is a reality we need to deal with.

It is that inescapable exposure to ubiquitous wireless technologies wherein lies the problem. I’m personally nervous about the upcoming 5G rollout, there seems to be much evidence mounting as to it being evil incarnate. Adoption of 5G will mean more signals carrying more energy through the high-frequency spectrum, with more transmitters located closer to people’s homes and workplaces–basically a lot more (and more potent) RFR flying around us. It’s no wonder that apprehension exists over potential risks, to both human and environmental health.

Around 250 scientists from around the world signed a petition recently to the United Nations and World Health Organization outlining their concerns that “cellular and cordless phones [2G, 3G and 4G networks] … and broadcast antennas,” amongst other radio frequency emitting devices, may produce cancer risks due to the electromagnetic field (EMF) radio waves they produce.

We are electromagnetic being so any new form of EMR we did not evolve with over millions of years has great potential to harm us. I strongly believe it is also a contributor to the ever-growing epidemic of anxiety & depression in our society.

 We all now live in a soap of EMR, so it’s good to be mindful to reduce our exposure EMR as much as possible.

The easiest way to help deal with EMR is to reduce one expose time and to have as much distance as possible from EMR sources, such as you WiFi routers, meter boxes, especially smart meters & portable devices.

For instance, a laptop should not be used on your lap, well rarely at least. use your smartphone smartly, not dumbly.

EMR issues co-relate directly with your distance from the source & amount/time of exposure. Be especially aware of EMR where you spend the most time, including where you sleep. 

Spending time completely away from EMR is becoming increasingly important, as is good energetic hygiene, so go into nature often, get your bare feet on the earth, bath with Epsom salts, do a regular energy practice such Yoga or Chi Gong. Gentle fasting from food regularly & drinking plenty of good qulaity water, increase plant intake in your diet & consider your bodies Ph, as an acid system may carry a greater potential electromagnetic charge.

Space Clearing also really helps, as it reduces the total poor energetic load to be delt with by our systems.
